KTM India has launched the updated 2025 390 Adventure X, priced at Rs. 3.03 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). At just Rs. 12,000 more than its predecessor, the motorcycle now brings advanced electronics and key performance upgrades, making it a compelling choice for value-driven adventure riders.

The standout additions include cornering ABS, cornering traction control, and cruise control, all of which are typically seen on higher-priced offerings. The bike now also features three ride modes — Street, Rain, and Off-Road — a major upgrade from the older version that lacked any mode-based throttle mapping. This brings the X variant closer to the standard 390 Adventure in capability, particularly in varied terrain and weather conditions.

Also new is the updated switchgear, borrowed from the standard model, which includes dedicated controls for cruise control and mode toggling. However, KTM continues to offer the X with non-adjustable suspension and the same 19-inch front / 17-inch rear alloy wheels setup.

With this update, the 390 Adventure X is now better suited for riders who want the tech and flexibility of the standard model, without stepping up to its higher price point. KTM has effectively addressed key customer feedback, particularly around the lack of ride modes, while retaining the X’s affordability within the entry-level ADV segment.
