Honda has unveiled the 2026 update for its unique adventure-style scooter, the X-ADV, in international markets. The key highlight is a striking new white colour option with blue and red graphics, now available alongside the existing plain white, grey, and black shades. While the overall mechanical package remains the same, Honda has fine-tuned the six-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT) for smoother operation, particularly when starting from a standstill or navigating slow-speed traffic.
Powering the X-ADV is a 745cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine that continues to deliver 57.8bhp at 6,750rpm and 69Nm of torque at 4,750rpm. The DCT gearbox offers both automatic and manual shift modes, now improved for better responsiveness and feel thanks to a revised clutch system.
The X-ADV retains its feature-rich list, including LED lighting, cruise control, Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), and four ride modes: Standard, Rain, Sport, and Gravel. A five-inch TFT colour display with Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation ensures that the scooter meets modern expectations for tech and convenience.
Built on a tubular steel frame, the scooter employs a 41mm USD front fork and a rear preload-adjustable monoshock, offering a capable mix of on-road and light off-road capability. It runs on 17-inch front and 15-inch rear tubeless wire-spoke wheels, with braking managed by twin front discs and a single rear disc.
In the Indian market, the Honda X-ADV is priced at INR 11.90 lakh (ex-showroom), placing it in direct competition with the BMW C 400 GT, which retails for INR 11.75 lakh. Despite being a niche offering, the X-ADV continues to appeal to enthusiasts looking for a hybrid between a maxi-scooter and a mid-capacity adventure tourer.
