Triumph Motorcycles has taken the wraps off the 2026 Scrambler 1200 X. The updated model features cosmetic tweaks and will replace the outgoing version in markets like Europe, the US, and potentially India.
The most notable update is a new Matt Khaki Green colour scheme, complemented by a Dark Black theme for the side panels, mudguards, and a revised headlight cowl. Mechanically, the motorcycle remains unchanged. It continues to be powered by a 1200cc liquid-cooled engine that delivers 89bhp at 7,000rpm and 110Nm of torque at 4,250rpm. The powertrain is paired with a six-speed gearbox and ride-by-wire throttle.
The Scrambler 1200 X is built on a tubular steel frame with an aluminium swingarm and gets Marzocchi 45mm USD forks and twin rear shocks, offering 170mm travel at both ends. Braking is handled by twin 310mm front discs with Nissin two-piston axial callipers and a 255mm rear disc, with cornering ABS as standard. The bike runs on a 21-inch front and 17-inch rear wheel setup with dual-purpose tubeless tyres.
Triumph is expected to launch this updated Scrambler 1200 X in India later this year with a slight price hike. However, the model has struggled to attract buyers in the Indian market.
