Airbus Secure Land Communications announced that its Tactilon Agnet 500 is now fully operational in India in collaboration with Arubaito and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), marking the official commercial start of the project. 

Tactilon Agnet is a state-of-the-art Mission-critical communication Service (MCS) for business and mission-critical users, based on the mobile telecommunications standard of the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP), a press release from Airbus said. 

Targeted towards the critical communications markets, it can be integrated into operators’ infrastructures and sales funnels, strengthening their enterprise and public sector portfolios. BSNL and Arubaito, as first movers in the MCS market, will be working to address each vertical to tip over the entire market one customer at a time, the release said.
