
Renault India has launched the updated Triber, its popular sub-four-metre 7-seater, with a host of improvements. The refreshed model features over 35 design and feature enhancements and is the first product under the renault. rethink. strategy, debuting the brand's new logo.
Key exterior and interior updates:
- New front grille, sculpted bonnet, revised bumper
- LED projector headlamps with integrated LED DRLs and LED fog lamps
- Redesigned dual-tone dashboard with an 8-inch floating touchscreen (wireless Android Auto & Apple CarPlay)
- New upholstery, LED cabin lighting, modern LED instrument cluster, and updated rear with connected LED tail lamps and a new skid plate
Safety and modularity upgrades:
- 21 standard safety features including:
- Six airbags (standard across all variants)
- Front parking sensors (segment-first)
- ESP, TPMS, EBD with Brake Assist
- Modular Easy-Fix third-row seats allow 5-, 6-, or 7-seat configurations
- Best-in-class boot capacity of up to 625 litres
Variants and Pricing:
Available in four variants: Authentic, Evolution, Techno, and Emotion, priced between INR 6.30 lakh and INR 9.16 lakh (ex-showroom).
Powertrain and transmission:
- Powered by a 1.0L petrol engine producing 71 bhp (converted from 72 PS) and 96 Nm
- Offered with a 5-speed manual gearbox across all variants
- Emotion variant also available with Easy-R AMT for added convenience
