
Antonio Filosa officially steps into his new role as Chief Executive Officer of Stellantis N.V., accompanied by the announcement of a refreshed Stellantis Leadership Team (SLT) with immediate effect. The newly unveiled team draws on Stellantis’ global talent pool and is designed to decentralize product decision-making, bringing it closer to regional markets.
Filosa, who also retains his position as head of North America and American Brands, emphasized a people-first mindset and entrepreneurial approach as the foundation of his leadership. The team combines deep brand expertise with global operational strength to position Stellantis for success in a rapidly evolving industry landscape.
