Ashok Leyland, the flagship company of the Hinduja group, has launched AVTR 4825 tipper truck powered by its H6 engine. 

AVTR, the company claims, is India’s first modular truck platform offering the entire range from 19T to 55T GVW trucks. It is powered by the 250hp H-series 4V 6-cylinder engine with i-Gen6 technology.

Sanjeev Kumar, Head MHCV, Ashok Leyland, said, “These tippers score high on fluid efficiency, durability, and reliability. The powerful H6 4V engine along with heavy duty drivelines, deliver best-in-class performance with optimum gradability suitable for all construction and mining-related surface transportation.”

AVTR 4825 H6 4V Tippers are factory fitted with the 29-meter cube box body. The OEM will also be retailing 18-meter cube and 23-meter cube variants with an option of a U-shaped body. The company claims these trucks will be suitable for surface transportation of coal, as well as for infrastructure and road construction projects.
