BMW Motorrad India has introduced the new BMW C 400 GT, a premium midsize scooter designed for urban mobility with a blend of comfort, performance, and advanced technology.
The BMW C 400 GT is priced at INR 11,50,000 (ex-showroom) and is available in two paint finishes—Blackstorm Metallic and Diamond White Metallic (Exclusive Package). The Exclusive Package enhances the premium appeal with golden rims, a black seat with an embroidered emblem, a slightly tinted windshield, and stainless-steel footboard inserts.
Advanced Features
The BMW C 400 GT is powered by a 350cc water-cooled single-cylinder engine, delivering 34 hp at 7,500 rpm and 35 Nm torque at 5,750 rpm, paired with a continuously variable transmission (CVT). The electromotive throttle control (Ride by Wire) ensures precise throttle response, while Keyless Ride enhances convenience.
Safety is a priority with BMW Motorrad ABS Pro, which provides enhanced braking stability even at lean angles. Dynamic Brake Control (DBC), Dynamic Traction Control (DTC), and Engine Drag Torque Control (MSR) further improve rider confidence in varied road conditions.
Technology, Connectivity
The new 10.25-inch TFT display with Connectivity Pro offers a high-resolution interface, supporting navigation, media, and smartphone connectivity. The left storage compartment includes a charging cradle for smartphones, while additional charging ports (USB-C and 12V) ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
Storage has been significantly improved, with a right storage compartment volume of 4.5 litres and an underseat storage capacity of 37.6 litres. A redesigned seat tub and lighting system further optimize space.
The adjustable windscreen, fully LED headlamp with daytime running lights, and ergonomic seating ensure a comfortable ride in all weather conditions. The seat height is now optimized at 775 mm for better accessibility.
BMW India Financial Services offers flexible financing solutions, including rider gear and accessories financing. The C 400 GT comes with a standard three-year unlimited-kilometre warranty, extendable up to five years, and 24x7 Roadside Assistance (RSA) for added peace of mind.
