CodeAnt AI, a fast-emerging name in developer tools, has secured $2 million in seed funding to redefine the way engineering teams review code in an AI-driven era.

As AI rapidly accelerates code generation, the bottleneck has shifted from writing to reviewing. CodeAnt AI’s platform addresses this challenge with AI-powered code reviews that integrate directly with GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps, supporting over 30 programming languages. More than just diagnostics, the system recommends instant fixes, reducing manual review time from hours to minutes.

Amartya Jha, CEO and Co-founder, said, 'While AI helps write more code, it’s human review that slows teams down — and that’s where bugs slip through. We built CodeAnt AI to make peer reviews faster, more effective, and far more secure.'

The funding will help expand engineering and go-to-market teams as CodeAnt AI scales its platform. Key customers like Autajon Group and Motorq have already seen dramatic improvements in review speed and security, according to early testimonials.

Founded by Jha and Chinmay Bharti, the company combines deep infrastructure and AI experience, including stints at ShareChat and IIT Bombay. Its proprietary, language-agnostic AST engine maps codebase connections to detect bugs and vulnerabilities missed by traditional tools. For added enterprise appeal, the platform offers on-premise deployment for full data control.

CodeAnt AI plans to serve a fast-growing need: validating the ever-increasing volume of AI-generated code. With pricing starting at $10 per developer per month, the startup is poised to make high-quality code reviews both scalable and secure.
