Continental has once again been recognised by LinkedIn as one of the Top 25 Companies in India to grow your career, marking its continued position as an employer of choice in the automotive and technology sectors.

The annual list, curated by LinkedIn, identifies workplaces with over 5,000 global employees that excel across eight key pillars—including the ability to advance, skill development, company stability, gender diversity, and employee engagement in India.

Prashanth Doreswamy, President and CEO of Continental India, said, “The automotive industry is undergoing a deep transformation, and it’s vital for companies to build agile and inclusive workplaces. At Continental, we prioritise learning, innovation, and investing in our people as a long-term strategy to lead through change.”

Ajay Kumar, Head of HR at Continental India, added, “To be featured again on LinkedIn’s Top Companies list is a testament to the strides we’ve made in strengthening the employee experience. It reflects our focus on enabling individuals to pursue purpose, mastery, and autonomy in their careers. This recognition is a voice of our people, as seen through high engagement, internal mobility, and strong retention.”

In a rapidly evolving job market—where 70% of job skills are expected to shift in the next five years—Continental has stayed ahead by investing in upskilling and collaboration. Initiatives such as training bootcamps, academic partnerships, internal coaching programmes, and hybrid workspaces have positioned the company as a leader in talent development.

Continental’s diverse teams bring together varied educational and cultural backgrounds, enriching the workplace with fresh perspectives. The company’s focus on collaboration, inclusion, and innovation has played a central role in shaping its people-first culture.

A Strong Foundation For Talent

“Talent management is no longer a support function—it’s a strategic driver of success. At Continental, we’ve built a foundation where people can grow, thrive, and realise their full potential,” Kumar noted.
