Dylect, a growing lifestyle electronics brands, has entered the automotive technology space with the launch of its new smart dashcam range. Priced from INR 3,499, the lineup includes Single Channel, Dual Channel, and Three Channel variants, making advanced in-car protection accessible to first-time users, families, and fleet owners alike.
The Single Channel Dashcam introduces a category-first built-in display screen, offering ease of use for beginners. The Dual and Three Channel models come equipped with the Sony STARVIS 2 IMX675 sensor, delivering outstanding low-light recording performance—crucial for Indian road conditions, especially at night. All variants include G-sensors that automatically lock critical footage during sudden impacts, along with supercapacitor technology to ensure reliable performance in extreme weather.
According to Anuj Bhatia, Founder of Dylect, the increasing number of road incidents and rising concerns around safety and fraud have made dashcams a necessity rather than a luxury. With this launch, Dylect aims to offer affordable, reliable, and feature-rich dashcams that help Indian drivers stay more aware and protected on the road.
To strengthen the message, Dylect has partnered with Rannvijay Singha as the face of its dashcam campaign. Known for his passion for driving and deep ties with automobile culture, Rannvijay features in a two-part film series titled ‘Scam ya Dashcam?’, which highlights the growing need for in-car proof in today’s unpredictable traffic situations. Emphasising the importance of having a reliable dashcam, Rannvijay noted that driving is more than commuting—it's a lifestyle, and Dylect’s smart, solid, and sharp dashcams meet the evolving needs of Indian drivers.
The campaign will be promoted across Google, Meta, and leading e-commerce platforms to drive large-scale awareness and adoption.
The Single Channel Dashcam provides front-only recording with a built-in screen and a compact design ideal for new users. The Dual Channel variant offers front and rear 4K coverage with a 140° wide angle, built-in GPS, ADAS, and the Sony STARVIS 2 sensor. The Three Channel model adds a cabin view for complete monitoring, making it ideal for families, taxis, and fleet operators, with the same 4K resolution, advanced sensor, wide angle, GPS, and G-sensor technology. All models come with Dylect’s dual USB car charger for simultaneous dashcam and phone charging.
Core features across the range include enhanced night vision via the Sony STARVIS 2 sensor, auto-locking G-sensors for impact events, supercapacitor durability under harsh Indian weather, compact designs that blend with any car interior, and seamless mobile app integration for control and playback.
The new dashcam range is now available across India via Dylect’s official website and on Amazon and Flipkart. Consumers purchasing through the official website can also enjoy a limited-time 10% discount.
