Emerson Unveils Next-Gen Intelligent Test Solutions At NI Days India 2025

At the recently concluded NI Days India 2025, Emerson’s Test and Measurement business (formerly NI), has unveiled NI Nigel AI Advisor, a smart assistant designed to enhance test system efficiency, which will be rolled out with upcoming versions of NI LabVIEW and NI TestStand– all at no additional cost.

The flagship event held in Bengaluru, draw over 600 engineers and technology leaders. The annual conference served as a showcase for Emerson’s cutting-edge test solutions spanning aerospace, semiconductors, transportation, 6G wireless, life sciences, and manufacturing.

Keynote speaker Ritu Favre, President of Emerson’s Test and Measurement business, highlighted the growing shift towards intelligent testing systems that integrate modular hardware, advanced software, and real-time data analytics to accelerate time-to-market and enhance test coverage.

Attendees experienced hands-on demos and customer showcases that illustrated how Emerson’s software-connected platforms are tackling complex test scenarios in fast-evolving sectors such as EVs, wireless communications, and semiconductors. A major highlight was the modernisation of the CompactRIO and C Series I/O product lines, now equipped with custom ASICs for enhanced high-speed control.

New LabVIEW software updates were also announced, featuring a more flexible editor, improved code comparison tools, and early integration of generative AI to automate routine development tasks and enable quicker, smarter data interpretation.

With India playing a pivotal role in Emerson’s global innovation strategy, especially in R&D and high-growth segments, NI Days 2025 reaffirmed the company’s commitment to intelligent automation, future-ready test architectures, and enabling Indian engineers to build the next generation of products with confidence.
