Eurogrip Tyres has further strengthened its retail network by opening two new branded stores in Chennai. The outlets, located in Selaiyur and Villivakkam, mark a strategic move to meet the growing tyre servicing needs of the city’s large two-wheeler population. This development follows the success of the company’s first exclusive outlet launched in Velachery last year.
Each store will stock the full range of Eurogrip’s two-wheeler tyre products, including tubes and various tread patterns tailored for scooters, commuter motorcycles, performance bikes, and even superbikes. These stores are not just retail points but also service hubs offering tyre fitment, puncture repairs, and lubricant changes. Riders will also find a selection of biking accessories including helmets and riding gear.
T K Ravi, Chief Operating Officer, Eurogrip Tyres, noted that the company sees Chennai as a key market, given its high density of two-wheeler users. He stated that the new stores are a result of encouraging customer response and are part of a larger effort to grow Eurogrip’s branded retail network across Indian cities. The company intends to continue this format in other urban centres to improve customer access to its products and after-sales services.
By offering tyre sales, service support, and merchandise in a single retail format, Eurogrip is trying to create a more integrated experience for motorcyclists. The company currently has exclusive outlets in cities including Mysore, Ahmedabad, Patna, Farrukhabad, and Hyderabad, with more in the pipeline. The new Chennai stores add to this expanding footprint.
The Selaiyur store is operated by J C Group and is located at Plot No 3, Agaram Main Road, while the Villivakkam outlet is run by ST Enterprises and located at Old No 39E/New No 103, M T H Road.
