Force Motors has launched iPulse factory-fitted intelligent vehicle platform developed in collaboration with Intangles. The platform aims at bringing predictive diagnostics and AI-driven fleet intelligence to its entire commercial vehicle portfolio. The move is an attempt by Force Motors to close the digital gap in its commercial offerings while addressing pressing operational concerns like downtime, rising maintenance costs and unpredictable vehicle failures.

iPulse applies AI models to contextualise system behaviour and alert users in advance of performance drops or part failures. Built around root-cause analysis, the platform monitors core subsystems such as the engine, electricals and thermal units. The platform is designed to enable fleet operators to anticipate service needs, reduce unplanned repairs and extract more productive hours from their fleets. Force Motors believes that this proactive model instead of reactive servicing will set a new benchmark for connected vehicle support in India’s commercial segment.

Accessible through both desktop and mobile applications, iPulse allows for real-time and historical visibility into fleet health, driver performance and fuel consumption metrics. The platform operates on a secure cloud-based architecture making it scalable and adaptable to changing operational demands. In line with its wider digital strategy under Project DigiForce, Force Motors has established an Intelligence Command Centre in Pune to provide centralised support and expert-led resolutions for its customers. This will work in conjunction with a 24/7 response network across its dealership footprint, which covers over 300 locations nationwide.
