Genesys International Corporation Ltd., a leading name in geospatial technology, has integrated DIGIPIN—India’s standardised digital address layer—into its nationwide 2D and 3D mapping systems.
Covering over 400 million building footprints, 8.3 million km of roads, and more than 19,000 PIN-code zones, Genesys’ platform converts static location information into a dynamic, interoperable address ecosystem. Developed in sync with the Department of Posts’ DHRUVA (Digital Hub for Reference & Unique Virtual Address) framework, it enables real-time digital address creation, lookup, and visual validation.
Sajid Malik, Chairman, Genesys, said, “We’re building a bridge between mapped locations and real-world service delivery. Our platform ensures every verified address can support smarter cities, faster logistics, and more transparent governance.”
DIGIPIN is now fully integrated into Genesys’ national 2D maps, while 3D Digital Twin pilots are already operational in major Indian cities. These high-fidelity spatial models combine geocoded address data with infrastructure, planning tools, and emergency services, transforming location data into actionable insights.
The backbone of this transformation is Genesys’ AI-powered 3D Digital Twin platform, which serves as a unifying layer for stakeholders—governments, service providers, and users. Designed for scale and security, the platform enables role-based access for Address Information Providers (AIPs), Agents (AIAs), and Users (AIUs). It simplifies address creation, validation, and interoperability across systems, supporting use cases under the DIGIPIN/DHRUVA initiative.
Key features include digital address management, consent-based data sharing, legacy address integration, and address-based service discovery. It also supports geofencing, visual validation, and suffix-based address IDs like storename@digipin, making address use and verification more intuitive.
Genesys is actively collaborating with ministries, Smart Cities, Urban Local Bodies, and digital platforms to scale this verified address framework nationwide—bridging digital mapping with real-world inclusion and opportunity.
