Concerned with the ever-growing counterfeit product market that pose a huge threat to the genuine auto players, Mobis India kick-started a weeklong celebration on anti-counterfeit campaign, this month. 

The company that suppliers aftermarket parts supplier for Hyundai Motor India vehicles has been leveraging its commitment for the last five years. It continued this year with its all-new digital campaign 'Safety Mein Zero Compromise,' conceptualised focusing on the need to buy and use only genuine parts and accessories. The company is in line with its global and Indian quality controls and processes to deliver high-quality parts and accessories. 

Woosuk Leem, Managing Director, AS Parts Division, Mobis India, said to ensure the customers prefer only genuine parts and accessories over non-genuine, the company's MRP label has been designed with a five-step security feature that includes a Hologram and an interlinked and seamless logo. Hence flipping them, either way, reflects the Hyundai logo, which is an inbuilt check and stamp of its authenticity, safety and security. 

According to the company, it is constantly imparting on-field trainings to its sales force, who educate customers to buy only genuine parts and accessories with necessary security checks. Besides, it is also conducting raids to curtail counterfeit products in the aftermarket. 

Leem said there is a huge surge in non-genuine and spurious products. Our seamlessly designed and a wide array of safety product line 'Kavach' has gained ample response. Hyundai genuine accessories including KN95 Masks, Humidifier, Vacuum Cleaner, Face Shield, Activated Carbon, Anti-Bacterial Spray and Temperature Checking Gun are designed to make every ride safe, convenient and stress-free during COVID-19.'  

In addition, the company has optimally utilised all its digital platforms to create awareness and visibility on the need to use genuine parts, the company said.
