
Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has announced that its integrated customer platform, the myHyundai app, has surpassed 2.6 million registered users.
With an average of 3.39 lakh monthly active users and 23 million monthly interactions, the myHyundai app has seen rapid adoption and deep engagement. Among its most used features are vehicle test drive scheduling, EV charging station locators with access to over 10,000 charging points across India, service booking, and a comprehensive EV Saving Calculator that helps users estimate maintenance savings and emission reductions.
In CY 2024 alone, more than 9.43 lakh customers accessed insurance policies, 6.62 lakh used the service cost calculator, over 15,000 roadside assistance requests were addressed, and upwards of 8,000 service bookings were made monthly. Enhancing user satisfaction further, Hyundai introduced the ‘Test Drive Engagement’ feature in CY 2025, enabling real-time tracking of scheduled test drives through the app, with special rewards upon completion.
Additionally, Hyundai customers have tapped into a lifestyle and mobility partner ecosystem featuring nearly 50 top brands and 75+ exclusive offers, collectively accessed over one million times.
Commenting on the milestone, Tarun Garg, Whole-time Director and Chief Operating Officer at HMIL, said that this achievement reflects Hyundai’s deep customer commitment. “From enabling seamless EV charging for environmentally conscious buyers to offering real-time service updates and exclusive member benefits, every feature of the app is built around the evolving needs of our customers,” he said.
