Jitendra New EV Tech Pvt. Ltd. (JNEVTPL), known as Jitendra Electric Vehicles, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MET’s Institute of Engineering (IOE), Bhujbal Knowledge City, Nashik, to strengthen industry-academia collaboration in electric mobility.
The MoU, signed on 5 August 2025 with IOE’s Department of Mechanical Engineering, aims to bridge classroom learning with real-world applications. The partnership will focus on joint research, product development, industrial consultancy, and technical problem-solving in the EV space.
MET’s IOE Principal, Dr V P Wani, said the collaboration would help students gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge EV technologies. Tejas Merchant, R&D representative of JNEVTPL, emphasised the goal of developing future-ready engineers capable of solving real-world EV industry challenges.
