JK Tyre & Industries has reported a steady performance in the fourth quarter of FY25, highlighting the company’s ability to adapt to an uncertain global economic environment. The tyre manufacturer posted consolidated revenues of INR 3,780 crore for the quarter ended March 2025. Consolidated EBITDA reached INR 384 crore, representing an EBITDA margin of 10.2 percent, while profit after tax stood at INR 102 crore. Profit before tax grew significantly to INR 144 crore, up 79 percent quarter-on-quarter, signalling strong cost control and operational execution.

Domestic performance was strong, with growth in both the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and replacement tyre segments. This rise aligns with the broader trend of increasing automotive demand and reflects JK Tyre’s wide distribution network and established brand presence. Export volumes also rose by 4 percent compared to the previous quarter, maintaining the company’s global reach through subsidiaries like Cavendish Industries in India and JK Tornel in Mexico.

The company continues to focus on premiumisation across product lines. Passenger vehicle tyres such as Levitas Ultra, Smart Tyre, and the Ranger Series are gaining preference, while the XF, XM, and XD ranges in the commercial segment have added to the company’s value-driven growth. These product lines are helping JK Tyre strengthen its position in higher-margin segments even as input costs remain elevated.

Dr Raghupati Singhania, Chairman and Managing Director, attributed the Q4 success to improved operational metrics and a positive market backdrop. Looking ahead, he expressed confidence in the business outlook for FY26, pointing to upcoming infrastructure developments, vehicle launches, and potential interest rate cuts as factors that could support further growth.
