The Ownership Programs Online Sales aims at offering transparency and flexibility to the customers

Kia India

Kia India has announced the launch of its digitised Omni channel aftersales initiative - Ownership Programs Online Sales (OPOS).

Aimed at offering customers transparency and flexibility, OPOS allows customers to purchase different Service/Ownership Offerings/Programmes, such as Extended Warranty, My Convenience, Accessories, and many more from their My Kia app. The programme also enables customers to monitor their car services in real-time.

MyKia platform was launched in March 2022. Using the app, customers can request a test drive, get a quote, get a video consultation through Digi-Connect and book a Kia car.

Moreover, several other vital features are available on the app, such as Kia News, Service appointment and notifications, Digi Wallet and My car dashboard, among others.
