Kia India has launched a countrywide service camp that will run until 1st July 2025, aiming to improve the ownership experience for its customers through dedicated after-sales engagement. The initiative spans across 445 authorised workshops in 329 cities reinforcing the company’s efforts to expand its footprint and strengthen service infrastructure in key and emerging markets.
As part of the programme, Kia is offering a complimentary 36-point vehicle health check which covers all major systems including the exterior, interior, underbody, engine compartment, and a basic road test to assess real-world performance. The company intends to ensure that vehicles are inspected for safety and functionality, helping to reduce long-term maintenance costs for owners.
Promotional offers include a 20% discount on car care services, 10% off on extended warranty packages, parts, labour charges, and roadside assistance plans, along with discounts on Kia-branded accessories.
Another element of the campaign is the introduction of a 3+2 years Roadside Assistance plan offered to both customers making a successful referral and the referred individual. This is expected to encourage higher service retention and peer-driven brand loyalty. Furthermore, buyers looking to replace or upgrade their vehicles will also benefit from vehicle exchange schemes and a complimentary used car valuation.
Kia India will use this opportunity to promote awareness about its vehicle technology, basic maintenance, and safe driving practices through customer engagement activities at service locations. The Syros accessories package has been made available with exclusive benefits during the camp period, which also hints at Kia’s push to improve the customisation appeal of its products.
