
Lucas TVS, one of India’s leading automotive electrical component manufacturers, hosted its Technology Show 2025 at the company’s Padi facility, bringing together top OEMs, industry leaders, and technology enthusiasts to witness the future of smart mobility and electrification.
The event was inaugurated by T K Balaji, Chairman, Lucas TVS, and Arvind Balaji, Managing Director, in the presence of senior leadership from Mahindra & Mahindra, among other key stakeholders from the manufacturing and automotive sectors.
The show spotlighted the latest advancements from Lucas TVS, its group companies — Delphi TVS, INEL (Indian Nippon Electricals Limited), TVS Indeon — and strategic partner BAT (Bavarian Automotive Technologies GmbH).
Lucas TVS showcased a broad portfolio of next-generation products, including:
- Lightweight starter motors with stop-start and Change of Mind (CoM) capabilities
- Ultra-quiet alternators and smart wiper motors with integrated controllers
- Heavy-duty gear reduction starters for cost-sensitive and developing markets
- A new line-up of BLDC and PMS motors tailored for electric mobility and industrial applications
- High-efficiency traction motors and controllers for two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and small commercial vehicles
Group Synergies Fuel Electrification Push
INEL highlighted its sensor technologies, outer rotor motors, DC-DC converters, and integrated drive systems, including ISG machines and EFI/ECUs, designed for EV platforms. TVS Indeon introduced its ETOP LFP battery packs, developed in collaboration with 24M, USA, aimed at EVs and stationary energy storage.
Delphi-TVS presented its BS-VI Step 2 and TREM V compliant fuel injection systems, along with readiness for BS-VII regulations, leveraging strong in-house validation capabilities. Partner BAT (Germany) showcased its electronics and software expertise across DCDC converters, inverters, BMS, onboard chargers, and software-defined vehicle platforms, compliant with ASPICE and ASIL standards.
As electrification reshapes mobility, Lucas TVS and its partners are positioning themselves at the forefront of this transition — enabling OEMs with integrated, efficient, and future-ready solutions.
