Mahindra has officially announced that deliveries for the second pack of its all-electric BE 6 and XEV 9e SUVs will begin from the end of July 2025. The latest rollout introduces a new 79 kWh battery variant alongside the existing 59 kWh version, with the BE 6 priced from INR 21.90 lakh and the XEV 9e from INR 24.90 lakh ex-showroom. The additional battery option offers up to 500 kilometres on a full charge for the larger pack and around 400 kilometres for the smaller.
Both battery versions are fitted with Mahindra’s advanced feature suite. The 79 kWh variant powers a 210 kW motor, while the 59 kWh supports a 170 kW unit. Fast charging capability ensures the battery can be charged from 20 to 80 percent in 20 minutes using a 175 kW or 140 kW DC charger, depending on the battery size. Additional performance features include multi-mode driving with Boost function, one-pedal drive, adaptive cruise control, and advanced suspension setups for improved ride comfort.
The BE 6 Pack Two now adopts the premium Sage leatherette interiors from Pack Three, matched with an ivory roof finish to enhance the cabin’s appeal. A fixed glass infinity roof and aerodynamic 19-inch wheels lend both vehicles a modern aesthetic. Inside, the BE 6 houses dual super screens with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon platform, wireless connectivity options for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and a 16-speaker Harman Kardon system with Dolby Atmos. The XEV 9e distinguishes itself further with a coast-to-coast triple-screen layout and added power seat adjustment.
Both models offer six airbags, high-stiffness bodyshell, Level 2 ADAS with radar and vision inputs, and an intelligent electronic brake booster with 46 integrated safety functions. Additional features such as a rear-view HD camera, tyre pressure monitoring, and cornering lamps contribute to an all-around safety package.
