Valvoline Cummins Private Limited, a leading manufacturer and marketer of premium automotive fluids, has entered into a new strategic business collaboration with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., India’s top SUV maker, to deliver high-performance lubricants across Mahindra’s passenger vehicle, SUV, and pickup range.

Under the agreement, Valvoline Cummins will provide a comprehensive portfolio of lubricants—including engine oils, transmission, and axle oils—under the Mahindra Maximile brand, distributed through Mahindra dealerships and bazar networks via its spares business unit. The collaboration will span four years and cover operations across North, West, and East India, with a focus on performance, innovation, and sustainability.

To align with both companies’ environmental commitments, Valvoline Cummins will also introduce post-consumer recycled (PCR) packaging into Mahindra’s supply chain.

Sandeep Kalia, Managing Director, Valvoline Cummins, said, “This milestone deepens our long-standing partnership with Mahindra and reflects confidence in our people, technology, and commitment to customer centricity.”

Michael Dreyer, Senior Vice President and General Manager APAC, Valvoline Global Operations, added, “As Mahindra grows as a trusted global brand, this collaboration unites two names with shared values of performance, innovation, and sustainability, setting new benchmarks in automotive lubricant solutions.”
