Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Punjab National Bank (PNB) to offer enhanced inventory funding solutions for its dealer network across the country.

The MoU was signed in the presence of senior officials from both organisations, including Partho Banerjee, Senior Executive Officer – Marketing & Sales, Tsuyoshi Takeshita, Executive Vice President – Marketing & Sales, and Vishal Sharma, Vice-President – Maruti Suzuki Finance & Driving School from MSIL, alongside Ashok Chandra, MD & CEO, Punjab National Bank, and other senior delegates.

Banerjee said the collaboration reflects a shared vision to strengthen the automotive ecosystem, enabling dealers to meet growing market demands and enhancing customer satisfaction. Chandra highlighted that PNB’s tailored financing will provide dealers with improved liquidity, faster turnaround times, and simplified processes, empowering them to manage operations more effectively.

The initiative underscores both companies’ commitment to supporting the growth of India’s mobility sector by ensuring robust and timely financial assistance to the country’s largest dealer network.
