Mercedes-Benz India has announced its plans to launch the EQB and the GLB SUV on December 2, 2022. The bookings for these SUV have commenced at INR 1.5 lakh.
Notably, both GLB and the EQB SUVs are based on the same MFA2 platform. The EQB marks Mercedes-Benz India’s third luxury EV debut in 2022, preceded by the AMG EQS 53 4MATIC+ and the ‘Made in India’ EQS 580 4MATIC.
With the launch of the EQB and the GLB, Mercedes-Benz will have 11 SUVs in its portfolio, which is the highest among any other luxury carmaker in India.
