Oben Electric, India’s leading homegrown electric motorcycle manufacturer, has announced that its city-focused electric motorcycle, the Rorr EZ, is now available for booking on Amazon. This strategic move makes Oben the first Indian EV two-wheeler company to directly retail through a major e-commerce platform, reflecting a broader shift in consumer preferences toward online vehicle purchases.
Available in two variants—3.4 kWh and 4.4 kWh—the Rorr EZ is priced at INR 1,19,999 and INR 1,29,999 respectively, inclusive of a special INR 20,000 discount on the original price. With a top speed of 95 km/h, best-in-class 52 Nm torque, and an IDC-certified range of up to 175 km, the Rorr EZ promises urban practicality with strong performance.
The bike features Oben’s proprietary ARX platform and in-house developed LFP battery, offering improved thermal efficiency, longevity, and durability tailored to Indian road conditions. It also supports fast charging and includes advanced rider assistance features such as Geo-Fencing, Theft Protection, Unified Brake Assist (UBA), and Drive Assist System (DAS). Customers can choose from four eye-catching colours: Electro Amber, Surge Cyan, Lumina Green, and Photon White.

To boost long-term value, the company is offering the Protect 8/80 battery warranty at INR 9,999, covering eight years or 80,000 km, and is fully transferable. Oben aims to scale up to 150+ showrooms across 50+ cities by the end of the financial year, backed by dedicated service support.
