Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) has announced a key leadership change. The company’s Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 4, 2025, approved the appointment of P B Balaji as the next Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of JLR.
Balaji will step into the role in November 2025, following the retirement of the current CEO, Adrian Mardell, at the end of his contract.
