PPS Trucking, part of one of India’s largest automobile retail conglomerates, has strengthened its BharatBenz footprint in Eastern Uttar Pradesh with the inauguration of three new touchpoints.

The Ayodhya workshop, strategically located on the Delhi-Guwahati highway, spans 10,000 sq ft with three advanced service bays capable of handling up to 1,500 vehicles annually. It offers 24x7 breakdown and accidental support, staffed by 20 trained professionals. The Gorakhpur facility, spread over 34,000 sq ft, is equipped with five service bays and 30 technical experts, while the Kashrauli outlet will ensure the availability of genuine spare parts.

With these new touchpoints, PPS Trucking guarantees that BharatBenz customers in Eastern Uttar Pradesh can now access service support within a two-hour travel window.

The expansion raises PPS Trucking’s BharatBenz network to 59 touchpoints across seven states and union territories, including Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Odisha, Assam, and Meghalaya. In Uttar Pradesh alone, PPS now operates 18 BharatBenz service centres, with seven more workshops planned.

Speaking on the development, Rajiv Sanghvi, Managing Director, PPS Trucking, said, “The addition of these three workshops underscores our commitment to delivering world-class service and enhancing customer profitability. Our goal is to maximize vehicle uptime by ensuring reliable and accessible support for every BharatBenz customer.”
