Pricol Limited has posted a consolidated profit after tax of INR 1,670.30 million for the financial year 2024-25, recording a year-on-year increase of 18.79 percent over FY24. The Coimbatore-based automotive components firm reported consolidated annual revenue from operations of INR 26,209.12 million, up 18.69 percent compared to the previous year. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) stood at INR 3,341.09 million, reflecting a growth of 19.91 percent with a margin of 12.75 percent for the full year.

The company closed the fourth quarter (Q4 FY25) with operating revenue of INR 7,520.11 million, marking a strong 32.81 percent year-on-year growth. Q4 EBITDA stood at INR 883 million with a margin of 11.74 percent. Profit after tax for the quarter came in at INR 349.48 million. The robust quarterly performance was supported by improved operational efficiency and the addition of new capabilities through strategic acquisitions.

During the quarter, Pricol’s subsidiary, Pricol Precision Products Private Limited, completed the acquisition of the Injection Moulded Plastic Component Solutions Division from Sundaram Auto Components Limited. This acquisition was executed on a slump sale basis and aims to strengthen Pricol’s plastic component capabilities for future supply to the automotive sector. The company also received the “ACMA-AMF Cluster Star Performer Award 2025” from the ACMA Mobility Foundation in Delhi, recognising its performance in the TPM category of the ACMA-AMF Cluster Programme.

While the numbers signal a healthy financial trajectory, the company has acknowledged some pressure arising from geopolitical uncertainties. Vikram Mohan, Managing Director, stated that the effects of the global situation have made a visible impact on the company’s current quarter, but multiple countermeasures have already been initiated. According to him, the positive outcomes of these efforts will begin to reflect from the second quarter of FY26.
