Pricol Limited has announced a strategic technology licensing agreement with Domino S.R.L., an Italy-based global specialist in motorcycle control systems.
Under the agreement, Domino will bring its deep expertise in precision-engineered motorcycle control systems, while Pricol will leverage its strong manufacturing capabilities and widespread customer base to deliver high-quality, next-generation products tailored to regional needs. The partnership also opens doors for synergies across global markets, including tapping into Domino’s robust aftermarket presence in Europe and the United States.
The initiative is aligned with Pricol’s long-term vision of evolving into a fully integrated technology solutions provider, emphasising innovation, operational excellence, and cross-border collaborations to fuel sustainable growth.
