Renault India has introduced its new’R store retail concept to Madhya Pradesh with the inauguration of two outlets in Indore and Sagar. These are the third and fourth new’R stores to be launched in India under the company’s ongoing ‘renault. rethink.’ strategy, which aims to modernise brand identity and enhance customer interaction across its sales network.

The new showrooms offer a more immersive, digitally connected experience aligned with global retail standards. Both outlets are designed around the company’s New Visual Identity, featuring a clean black façade and the updated Renault logo. The layout places the cars at the centre of the retail space, allowing visitors to walk around and interact with the vehicles in an open and welcoming environment.

Francisco Hidalgo, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Renault India, noted that the state’s inclusion in the new’R rollout brings Renault closer to its goal of building a future-ready retail network. Hidalgo also confirmed that two more new’R outlets will be launched soon, signalling the brand’s continued investment in physical retail spaces even as digital tools play a growing role in car sales.

Inside, the showrooms include premium seating areas, dedicated consultation zones, and customer lounges that aim to enhance comfort during the vehicle selection and purchase process. The stores also incorporate digital elements to simplify vehicle discovery and configuration, allowing customers to explore model options in a more interactive manner.
