Renault India has launched its latest customer outreach initiative with the commencement of the Renault Summer Camp, a nationwide service programme that will be held from 19 to 25 May 2025 across all Renault service facilities in the country. The campaign includes comprehensive vehicle inspections, service-related discounts, and several customer engagement activities designed to improve the ownership experience.
Inspections will focus on several key areas including battery condition, power steering fluid, lighting systems, brake fluid levels, air and cabin filters, and coolant systems. Customers will also receive a complimentary top wash for their cars. Such maintenance measures are aimed at detecting potential issues early and maintaining vehicle reliability during high-temperature conditions.
Alongside the technical checks, Renault India is offering several limited-period discounts. These include up to 50 percent off on selected accessories, 15 percent off on labour charges and value-added services, and 10 percent off on engine oil replacement, extended warranty packages, and roadside assistance. Special tyre offers are expected to be announced separately. Customers using the MY Renault app are eligible for an additional five percent discount on select parts and accessories.
Francisco Hidalgo, Vice President (Sales and Marketing), Renault India Operations, said the Summer Camp reflects the company’s commitment to extending support beyond the vehicle purchase stage. He emphasised the brand’s focus on delivering a seamless ownership experience by combining proactive service care with customer incentives.
To add a personal touch to the initiative, Renault will also host engagement activities at its service outlets with free giveaways to all participating customers. These efforts are part of the company’s ongoing strategy to foster long-term customer relationships and improve brand loyalty. Renault currently operates through 580 service touchpoints across the country, and this campaign is designed to make use of its network.
