SANY India has marked the country’s 78th Independence Day with the launch of its SY35U PRO. It is a next-generation 3.5-tonne hydraulic excavator designed to deliver high performance, durability, and comfort for varied operating conditions. Manufactured at the company’s Pune facility, the SY35U PRO has been developed specifically for India’s infrastructure, urban construction and rural development needs. Its launch reflects the company’s continued focus on localisation and purpose-built solutions for the domestic market.
The excavator features a fuel-efficient engine paired with an advanced load-sensing hydraulic system, offering smooth and responsive operation in tight and challenging worksites. Maintenance requirements are minimised through a 5,000-hour hydraulic service interval and ground-level filter access, while operator comfort is supported by a low-noise cabin, optional high-capacity air-conditioning, adjustable suspension seating, and ergonomically placed controls. Safety and efficiency are bolstered by elements such as a boom-mounted LED work lamp and battery disconnect switch.
Available in Canopy and AC Cabin variants, the SY35U PRO is suited to multiple applications including civil works, building projects, real estate, irrigation, and farm utilities.
