
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions, has inaugurated a new AI-driven operations center in Mexico City, marking its eighth facility in the country.
The new Mexico City centre is designed to be a hub of innovation, staffed with AI specialists and software engineers skilled in emerging enterprise technologies. It will focus on delivering advanced solutions in areas such as artificial intelligence, cloud, cybersecurity, IoT, IT infrastructure, application development, and cognitive business operations. TCS expects the facility to create significant employment opportunities within the next two years.

Marcelo Ebrard, Economy Secretary of Mexico, lauded the expansion, noting that the investment and high-quality jobs created by TCS are crucial to advancing the country’s digital economy.
Mexico has become a strategic innovation base for TCS in Latin America. The company has already established specialized units such as the Cognitive Business Operations Center in Guadalajara and the Threat Management Center in Querétaro. With over two decades of presence in Mexico, TCS today serves more than 400 leading enterprises, including Cemex, Banamex, Bradesco, and Febraban. It has also earned repeated recognition as a top employer and socially responsible enterprise.
