The 2025 edition of the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride (DGR) saw a record-breaking turnout in India, with over 2,000 Triumph motorcycle owners participating across more than 40 cities. This marks the highest involvement of Triumph riders in the country since the event began and coincides with the brand’s 12th year of association with the global initiative.

Held annually to raise awareness and funds for prostate cancer research and men’s mental health, the DGR has become a distinctive event known not only for its cause but also for the sight of riders dressed in formal attire astride classic and modern classic motorcycles. Triumph’s continued support of the ride underlines the company's commitment to blending motorcycle culture with social advocacy.

The 2025 edition operated under the global “Side by Side, Worldwide” campaign, which brought together Triumph dealerships and riders in coordinated efforts across continents. Triumph awarded its top fundraisers this year with motorcycles from its modern classic range, reinforcing the brand’s tradition of recognising efforts that go beyond the ride itself.

Triumph India, which is also celebrating 12 years of operations in the country, sees the rising engagement with events like DGR as a reflection of a growing motorcycling culture rooted in community and values. With recent model launches like the Speed 400, Speed Twin 1200 and Scrambler 400 X, Triumph continues to expand its appeal among younger and more diverse riders, many of whom contributed to the strong turnout this year.

Manik Nangia, President, Pro-Biking Business Unit, noted that the DGR 2025 was not just about turnout but also about the purpose it represented. He emphasised the growing community ties and the louder voice for men’s health as key outcomes of this year’s event.
