Triumph Motorcycles has confirmed the India launch of the Trident 660 Special Edition via its official social media channels. This special edition pays homage to Triumph’s five victories at the Isle of Man TT and features a distinctive tri-colour livery with a base white coat, complemented by metallic blue stripes and red highlights.

Unlike the standard variant, the Special Edition comes equipped with Triumph Shift Assist, a flyscreen, and a belly pan as standard—all of which are optional extras on the regular Trident 660. The feature list also includes a colour TFT display, dual-channel ABS, traction control, and two ride modes – Rain and Road.

The motorcycle is powered by the same 660cc inline-triple engine producing 80bhp and 64Nm, paired to a six-speed gearbox. Underneath, it continues with a tubular steel frame, 41mm Showa USD forks up front, and a preload-adjustable Showa monoshock at the rear. Braking is handled by twin 310mm front discs and a 255mm rear disc.

Triumph is expected to price the Special Edition around INR 8.50 lakh (ex-showroom), positioning it slightly above the standard model due to the added equipment and exclusivity.
