
VinFast Auto India, the Indian subsidiary of global EV manufacturer VinFast, has signed a strategic service collaboration with myTVS, one of India's leading automotive service providers. This partnership is aimed at bolstering VinFast’s after-sales service capabilities as it gears up for its product launch in the Indian market.
As part of this collaboration, VinFast plans to set up 120 Extended Service Workshops across the country in partnership with various service providers. These facilities will complement the OEM’s upcoming dealership and service network and play a key role in ensuring comprehensive nationwide coverage for maintenance, repairs, and charging support.
The workshops operated by myTVS will be equipped with genuine spare parts, advanced diagnostic tools, and skilled technical personnel trained to deliver premium service standards. The initiative aims to ensure that customers receive seamless and reliable after-sales support wherever they are located.
