VinFast Auto India, the Indian arm of the global electric vehicle major VinFast, has announced a strategic service partnership with EV charging and aftersales solutions provider RoadGrid, marking a key step in its India market entry. This collaboration is aimed at building a robust, tech-enabled service and charging ecosystem, laying the groundwork for a premium ownership experience ahead of VinFast’s upcoming EV launch in the country.
With operations in multiple cities, RoadGrid brings a comprehensive suite of services combining advanced charging infrastructure with diagnostics-led service capabilities. The partnership is expected to offer real-time charging access, intelligent diagnostics, and digital integration—crucial elements in creating a seamless EV experience.
