Volvo Car India has launched the updated model year 2026 XC60 Mild Hybrid with a range of upgrades in design, user experience and technology. Priced at INR 71,90,000 introductory ex-showroom, the refreshed XC60 aims to blend luxury with modern digital functionality, offering improved safety and driving comfort to Indian customers.

The refreshed model now features a redesigned front grille and subtle but noticeable tweaks to its styling that lend a more sophisticated and modern appearance. The signature LED headlights now come with active bending, while the darker tail-lamps at the rear add a sporty finish. New 19-inch alloy wheels and an additional exterior shade named Forest Lake have also been introduced, expanding the personalisation options for buyers.

The cabin gets a significant update with an emphasis on clean design and comfort. Volvo has introduced a new Blond interior theme that enhances the feeling of space and light. The centre console now houses an 11.2-inch infotainment touchscreen running on Google’s Android-based interface, powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Cockpit Platform. A new graphical head-up display, wireless phone charging, and split-screen 360° camera enhance the driver’s convenience.

The infotainment system supports wired Apple CarPlay and is complemented by a 15-speaker Bowers & Wilkins sound system delivering 1410 watts of immersive output. Comfort is further improved with ventilated and heated front seats that come with a massage function, while the four-zone climate control features an advanced air cleaner with PM2.5 filtration to improve air quality inside the cabin.

The Volvo XC60 continues to use the 2.0-litre petrol mild-hybrid unit producing 247 bhp and 360 Nm of torque, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. The 48-volt mild-hybrid system is designed to improve fuel efficiency and reduce emissions without compromising performance.

The updated SUV offers a full suite of advanced driver assistance systems including Adaptive Cruise Control, Pilot Assist, Blind Spot Information System, Lane Keeping Aid, and both front and rear Collision Mitigation Support. Parking is assisted by a 360-degree camera system and sensors at the front, rear, and sides.
