India Yamaha Motor has rolled out a 5-year Roadside Assistance (RSA) programme aimed at enhancing after-sales support and rider convenience. With a one-time payment of INR 975, excluding GST, the plan offers nationwide support for on-road emergencies, making it one of the most affordable and extensive RSA packages in the two-wheeler segment.

The new RSA scheme promises assistance for a wide range of issues including towing after breakdowns or accidents, battery jumpstart, flat tyre support, minor running repairs and even medical help in case of emergencies. This comprehensive service has been designed to address everyday riding disruptions, particularly for riders who cover long distances or depend on their two-wheelers for regular commuting.

This latest announcement builds upon Yamaha’s earlier launch of its 10-year ‘Total Warranty’ programme (2-year standard and 8-year extended coverage), both of which aim to assure users of long-term service value. The 5-year RSA plan is currently accessible through Yamaha’s official website and authorised dealerships.
