Zen Mobility has announced the launch of its full-stack logistics platform Zen Flo, alongside a new high-performance electric three-wheeler called the Zen Micro Pod ULTRA. Positioned as a Mobility-as-a-Service solution, the Zen Flo platform is designed to help businesses manage and optimise their delivery operations. In addition to offering usage-based billing and performance analytics, Zen Flo integrates fintech capabilities for intelligent fleet deployment, making it a data-driven tool for logistics efficiency.
At the heart of this offering is the Zen Micro Pod ULTRA, a fully electric three-wheeler developed for urban delivery needs. Built with a German-influenced design and developed entirely in India, the Micro Pod ULTRA is powered by an LMFP battery pack that supports fast charging—60 percent in an hour—and over 5,000 charging cycles. Its five-year warranty on both vehicle and battery is being pitched as a distinguishing factor, especially in a segment where durability and cost-efficiency are critical for commercial users.
Zen Mobility claims the new vehicle can serve multiple sectors, including grocery, e-commerce, and food delivery. Already, the company counts delivery partners such as Blinkit, Zomato, Delhivery, and Shadowfax among its clients, with more than 2,000 vehicles currently in service. Leasing plans for the Micro Pod ULTRA start at INR 7,500 per month, reflecting Zen’s aim to make the product accessible while addressing operational cost constraints for fleet operators.
Namit Jain, Founder and CEO, Zen Mobility, stated that the company’s R&D efforts over the past five years have focused on understanding post-pandemic logistics challenges and identifying gaps in sustainable last-mile delivery. He emphasised that Zen Flo and the Micro Pod ULTRA are more than just products—they are part of a wider ecosystem aimed at solving structural issues in the urban logistics sector.
