Mahindra Launches Bolero Neo+ SUV 9-Seater mobility outlook

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd today unveiled its latest offering, the Bolero Neo+ 9-seater SUV, setting a new benchmark in the multi-seater vehicle segment. With prices starting at INR 11.39 lakh, the Bolero Neo+ is positioned to capture both the personal and commercial markets, offering a blend of ruggedness, style, and spaciousness.

The Bolero Neo+ builds upon the legacy of the Bolero brand, known for its durability and robust performance. The new model is available in two variants, the entry-level P4 and the more luxurious P10, designed to cater to a broad spectrum of customers including large families, institutional buyers, and tour operators.

Nalinikanth Gollagunta, CEO of the Automotive Sector at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, remarked on the launch, 'The Bolero brand has been synonymous with reliability and performance. With the Bolero Neo+, we are enhancing this legacy by offering an SUV that combines the rugged charm of the Bolero with advanced features and premium comfort.'

The SUV is equipped with the 2.2 litre mHawk diesel engine known for its power and efficiency, complemented by Micro-Hybrid technology aimed at improving fuel economy. The vehicle's body-on-frame construction and high-strength steel body shell enhance safety and durability. It is also fitted with modern safety features like ABS with EBD, dual airbags, and ISOFIX mounts for child seats, ensuring comprehensive safety for all passengers.

Inside, the Bolero Neo+ offers a luxurious experience with premium Italian interiors and a 22.8 cm touchscreen infotainment system providing Bluetooth, USB, and Aux connectivity. The SUV also features electrically adjustable ORVMs, a height-adjustable driver's seat, and front and rear power windows, ensuring comfort is not compromised.

The vehicle's spacious interior is configured to comfortably seat up to nine passengers in a 2-3-4 arrangement, making it ideal for various travel demands. This setup ensures easy access to all rows, particularly the third row, which is crucial for vehicles used in commercial fleets. Mahindra's focus on integrating luxury features with robust engineering could make the Bolero Neo+ a preferred choice among SUV buyers looking for a vehicle that performs well both on city roads and rugged terrains.
