Sheeva.AI, a pioneering technology company, has launched an innovative in-vehicle payment solution, SheevaConnect, designed specifically for the Citroen C3 Aircross SUV AT. This technology integration marks a significant advancement in enhancing the driving and ownership experience by simplifying the process of paying for vehicle-related services directly from the car.

The newly introduced SheevaConnect enables Citroen C3 Aircross AT owners to conduct seamless in-vehicle payments at over 32,000 fueling stations across India. This system leverages precise vehicle geolocation to activate and authorise payments when the vehicle arrives at a service point, thereby ensuring a more secure and streamlined transaction process.

The first batch of Citroen C3 Aircross SUV AT vehicles equipped with Sheeva.AI technology is now available in showrooms across India. The technology is part of a global rollout, with Sheeva.AI’s product suite already mapping over 2,000,000 service points worldwide, including fuel pumps, parking spaces, and EV chargers.

Evgeny Klochikhin, CEO and founder of Sheeva.AI emphasised the goal of creating a simpler, more secure customer experience for in-vehicle services.

The Sheeva.AI technology suite is not limited to just fuel payments. Klochikhin revealed plans to expand these services to include parking and toll payments, promising an even broader application for the technology in the near future.

Here's a breakdown of the payment process enabled by SheevaConnect:

Arrival: The driver approaches a SheevaConnect-enabled petrol station.

Authorization: The integrated Sheeva.AI technology recognises the location and allows the driver to initiate a payment using the MyCitroen Connect mobile app linked with their preferred UPI provider.

Transaction: Fuel attendants assist by dispensing fuel and scanning a QR code at the point-of-sale terminal to authorise the transaction.

After refuelling, the transaction is processed digitally, allowing the driver to leave promptly with a digital receipt provided via the MyCitroen Connect app.

This technological enhancement not only simplifies the payment process for drivers but also aligns with broader trends towards integrating digital technology into everyday activities, including automotive use.
