ZF has announced the launch of its Employer Branding Metaverse, which is a cutting-edge virtual environment is designed to revolutionise talent acquisition and employer branding by combining innovative technology with interactive candidate engagement.
The central feature of the Metaverse is a global space providing visitors with extensive information about ZF’s objectives and global reach. Additionally, five regional spaces spotlight specific countries and regions where ZF operates, catering to local nuances and professional opportunities. These dedicated zones showcase the company’s extensive footprint and inclusive culture.
Direct Recruitment Tools: Potential candidates can schedule one-on-one meetings with recruiters through an integrated online calendar available in each regional space. Candidates have the option to conduct these meetings via a video meeting tool or within a Metaverse interview room using an avatar.
Employee Spotlights and Live Events: The platform offers insights into the lives of employee ambassadors and hosts live events to facilitate real-time interaction and engagement.
Interactive Coin Game: Users can earn coins by engaging with various content, gamifying the learning experience about the company’s milestones and innovations.
The Metaverse also serves an internal function by hosting virtual career fairs. These fairs allow hiring managers to promote open positions and interact directly with internal candidates in confidential virtual interview rooms, supporting ZF's focus on internal mobility and career development. Additional internal use cases are being developed for a global rollout.
