The Ather 450 Apex is the company’s latest and fastest electric scooter to date. It sits above the 450X but what also sets it apart from the rest of the 450 series scooters is that it’s a limited run model.
While production of the scooter has commenced at the company’s Hosur plant, we’ve got to know that deliveries of the Ather 450 Apex will begin soon. In fact, the first batch will arrive in Goa, Pune, and Bengaluru in a few days and test rides for the electric scooter will also begin shortly.
The 450 Apex has the same design as the rest of the scooters in the lineup, however, it gets an exclusive blue colour with contrasting orange paint on the wheels and the subframe. One can see the said subframe as the side panels are transparent and it looks neatly executed.
Powering the Ather 450 Apex is a 7kW motor linked to a 3.7kWh battery. The brand claims that the 450 Apex gets to a top speed of 100kmph and has a certified range of 157km. Moreover, Ather has loaded it with features. The list includes Smart Eco, Eco, Ride, Sport, Warp, and Warp Plus. The latter is a new addition introduced with the 450 Apex.
The Ather 450 Apex is priced at Rs 1.89 lakh, ex-showroom. Ather Energy provides a five-year or 60,000km battery warranty.
