Axle & Manufacturing (AAM), has announced its collaboration with EKA Mobility to supply the latter with an e-Beam axle for its 2.5T battery electric commercial vehicle.
A press release from EKA noted that the collaboration will enhance its battery-electric commercial vehicle portfolio by using AAM’s components and technologies.
Dr Sudhir Mehta, Chairman, EKA & Pinnacle Industries, noted that with AAM’s knowledge, presence, and leadership in the global automotive markets, the company looks forward to bringing zero-emission mobility solutions globally.
David C Dauch, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, AAM, said, “Our goal is to be a key OEM partner in electric propulsion from components to full systems.”
