The e2W brand, e-Sprinto has announced its plans to increase its workforce by 100% by the end of 2023 from the current 50.
A press release from the company noted that the planned recruitment initiative will primarily concentrate on augmenting personnel in new product development and sales departments. The recruitment drive will be conducted for its head office and factory locations, strategically positioned in New Delhi and Haryana to cater to various aspects of the company’s operations.
In Q4FY23, e-Sprinto onboarded 12 new employees, while the company reported no employee termination in the last six months.
Atul Gupta, Co-Founder and Director, e-Sprinto, noted that through this hiring initiative, the company is fortifying its foundation, laying the groundwork for an era of boundless growth, fueled by the collective brilliance of the exceptional team.
