Hyundai Motor India Opens Bookings For New Venue At INR 21,000

To be available in five trim levels across multiple powertrain options, the new SUV gets an updated styling and several updated technology features.

Hyundai Motor India on Friday commenced bookings for the next-gen Venue at INR 21,000. The sub-compact SUV is slated to hit the market on June 16, 2022. The first generation Venue recently surpassed the three lakh sales milestone since it was launched in 2019.

Tarun Garg, Director (Sales, Marketing & Service), Hyundai Motor India expects the new Hyundai Venue to set the bar even higher. “Driven by the aspirations of Gen MZ customers, the new Hyundai Venue is set to enthral customers with many first in segment technologies,” he said.

To be available in five trim levels across multiple powertrain options, the new-gen Venue gets an updated styling with dark chrome front grille, connecting LED tail lamps with unique vertical design elements with hexagonal cut crystal design, and a new front fascia.

Feature-wise, the sub-compact SUV gets Home to car (H2C) with Alexa & Google voice assistant, which will allow customers to control an array of functions including Remote Climate Control, Remote Door Lock/ Unlock, Remote Vehicle Status Check, Find My Car, Tyre Pressure Information, Fuel Level Information, Speed Alert, Time Fencing (Out-of-Time) Alert and Idle Time Alert in English and Hindi languages.

The company has also updated the Venue with Drive Mode Select, 2-Step Rear Reclining Seat and Sounds of Nature feature, among others. Also updated is Hyundai’s proprietary connected car app Bluelink with Firmware Over-the-Air (FOTA) update, Embedded Voice Commands along with support for 12 languages, including English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Punjabi, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu and Oriya.

The new Venue will be available in seven colour options, including Polar White, Typhoon Silver, Phantom Black, Denim Blue, Titan Grey, Fiery Red, and one dual tone Fiery Red with Black roof option.
