Indian tyre industry major JK Tyre & Industries has inaugurated its first Steel Wheels Centre in Leh. Spread over an area of 2,000 square feet in a central location, the new centre gives customers in the region a complete buying experience while shopping for tyres, alloys and accessories.
A press release from the company said that the centre also features a display and information kiosk to help consumers choose the most suitable product for their vehicle. JK Tyre believes that the new brand shop will boost the brand’s presence in Ladakh and cater to the emerging needs of car, SUV and two-wheeler customers.
Anshuman Singhania, Managing Director, JK Tyre & Industries, noted that while working towards further increasing its presence in the car and SUV tyre market, this centre will also showcase the company’s new products, such as Smart Tyre and Puncture Guard tyres.
Interestingly, JK Tyre currently has a retail network of over 600 Brand Shops and over 6,000 channel partners across the country and is constructed to provide best-in-line services, including computerised wheel alignment, wheel balancing, automated tyre changing, tyre rotation, nitrogen inflation and air care, all under one roof to provide a 360-degree experience to the customer.
